This journey is deeply personal to me, shaped by my own experiences and the dreams of my late brother, who was a pillar of inspiration in my life. Growing up in a rural tribal village, I understood firsthand the struggles that underprivileged children face—lack of resources, limited access to quality education, and minimal opportunities in sports. Despite these challenges, I pursued my passion for sports, competed at the national level, and served as a police constable in APSP. However, life had other plans. The loss of my father placed a heavy responsibility on my shoulders, and later, the untimely passing of my younger brother in 2007 was a turning point that reshaped my purpose. In honor of his memory and his dedication to sports and education, I founded the Baman Nayak Sports Foundation (Reg. No. 892/2017). My vision is to create a world-class orphanage and sports training center that empowers orphaned and underprivileged children with the tools to build a brighter future. Through education, sports, and mentorship, we strive to nurture young talent, guiding them towards national and international success. At our foundation, we believe that every child deserves a chance to shine, regardless of their background. With the support of generous donors and well-wishers, we are working tirelessly to provide shelter, education, nutrition, and professional sports training to children who need it the most.
